Among the whole variety of marketing forms and types, it is the fairs that have become the most efficient way of informing market entities of new goods and services because it includes all known forms of work with the customer.

Services of CCI of RK in the Sphere of Exhibition Activities

• Organization and holding of special-order fairs, conferences and other events:
• Holding of special-order thematic exhibitions in Kazakhstan and abroad;
• Holding of special-order business forums within the exhibition and fair events
• Holding of conferences, seminars, round tables; and
• Holding of presentations, promotion actions and other events

Provision of Services as a Part of Special-Order Events

•  Search of business partners for the participants of exhibitions organized or supported by the CCI of RK;
• Invitation of lecturers for conferences, workshops, round tables and other events and follow-up work with them;
• Search of potential participants of conferences, workshops and other events;
• Formation of Kazakhstani business delegations to visit exhibitions, fairs and conferences abroad;
• Organization of participation of foreign exhibition and congress projects as part of Kazakhstani collective stands, including :

1.airline reservations;

2.hotel reservations;

3.transportation services

• Advice on the practical questions of participation in exhibitions and congresses;
• Preparation of analytical materials, articles for publication, guidance booklets on the issues of exhibition and fair and congress activities (the maximum scope to be specified by Client).

Services as part of national exhibition, conference and other events; and

• Invitation to participate in visiting national exhibition and congress events (Kazakhstani expositions, country exhibitions, etc.) with partial or full funding on account of the budget.

Services provided as part of CCI of RK own exhibition and congress events as an exhibitor and/or delegate of conference.

Visa Support as Part of Exhibition Activity

Visa support:

• Single-entry visa for to 3 months
• Multi-entry visa for up to 12 months.
