The inspection of import goods is an important industry of services with the respective regulations and norms. The inspection is based on the international regulations of the trade, analytic methods of goods study and most importantly, requires knowledge of new technologies of production, technical specifications of transportation vehicles, methods of determinations of import goods and its loss of quality, development of new types of packing materials.
A Kazakhstani entrepreneur may face a number of issues regarding the quantity, quality and completeness of the import goods. However, fewer than all entrepreneurs are informed on timely inspection of the goods concerning defects and deficiency that may lead to presentation of a claim and damages recovery by the vendor.
The goods inspection is conducted as a rule during the opening of a transportation vehicle, container, loss occurrence, warranty. In other cases, the entrepreneur is responsible for the losses.

The expert reports issued by the regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry are valid for dispute resolution and claim presentation in Kazakhstan and overseas.
