The following foreign trade documents are liable to confirmation: invoices, phytosanitary, veterinary health and hygienic certificates, packing lists, bills of lading, powers of attorney for the right of commitment abroad and foundation documents (or their notarized copy).

For the confirmation of documents pertaining to the foreign economic activity the interested person shall provide:

1. Written application of the legal entity or individual (entrepreneur) concerned on a letterhead with the request to certify the submitted foreign trade document signed by a manager of authorized person or to certify the signature of authorized person on this document. The letter shall state the name and office telephone number of person who has prepared it.
