The Certificate of Goods Origin is issued to the territorial Chambers of Commerce and Industry based on the following documents:

1. written request of an individual or legal entity to issue the Certificate of Goods Origin;
2. Certificate of Expertise on Goods Origin;
3. documents confirming the goods origin based on the list approved by an authorized agency on the technical regulation and measurement assurance.

Expertise of Goods Origin is not required to issue the Certificate of Goods Origin on the goods manufactured in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The period of issue of Certificate of Goods Origin or a substantiated refusal in writing to issue the Certificate shall not be longer than one working day and for the goods manufactured solely in the Republic of Kazakhstan – two working days from the date of filing the Request at the territorial Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
